Combining Different Psychotherapy Styles According to Your Needs
When it comes to therapy, I do not believe in the one-size-fits all approach. I have experience, knowledge, and training in a variety of therapeutic techniques and will utilize them to meet your specific needs.
My Philosophy
I believe healing is not one-dimensional because people are not one-dimensional.
My approach is rooted in an eclectic philosophy, meaning I integrate both Western psychological approaches and Eastern healing modalities to support each individual in a way that feels personalized, compassionate, and meaningful. I believe therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all process because every person’s experiences, struggles, and healing journey are unique.
My philosophy is shaped not only by my professional experience, but also by my own personal healing journey. Through therapy, spiritual healing work, and deep self-exploration, I came to understand that true healing is not simply about managing symptoms — it is about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we may have suppressed, abandoned, or disconnected from in order to survive.
This understanding became one of the foundations behind creating The Kali Shadow Path — a transformational healing journey centered around shadow work, emotional healing, self-awareness, and reclaiming personal power.
I believe that many of our emotional struggles, trauma responses, addictions, anxiety, and patterns of suffering are deeply connected to life experiences and unresolved wounds carried within us over time. Healing begins when we are willing to look inward with compassion, honesty, and self-awareness.
In addition to being a Licensed Therapist, I am also a Reiki I & II Practitioner and Holy Fire III Reiki Master Practitioner. When appropriate and welcomed, I incorporate holistic and alternative healing approaches to support emotional balance, grounding, and overall well-being.
My mission is to help individuals reconnect with themselves, heal from within, and create a life grounded in awareness, acceptance, empowerment, and transformation.
I know people can change — right down to my bones, through every cell, in every fiber of my body — I know that people can change. It’s just a question of when and in what context.
